Cold Storage Facilities

Cold storage facilities are constructed to extend the shelf life of food products and reduce process temperatures in food manufacturing. The main components of cold storage facilities include wall, ceiling, and floor panels; doors; refrigerants; refrigeration units; and control panels. The panels are manufactured by injecting polyurethane foam with a density of 40 (±2) kg/m³ between two metal sheets with a corrugated pattern, without using any wooden materials. The locking system allows for easy disassembly and reassembly of the panels. The joints between the panels are sealed with special hygienic profiles to prevent air contact with the external environment. Floor panels are moisture-resistant and slip-resistant. The lighting system inside the cold storage units is cold-resistant.

Locking System

Wall, ceiling, and floor panels are securely connected to one another using a special locking mechanism. The locking system ensures maximum airtightness between the panels, minimizing heat loss. The mechanism, constructed from stainless steel, offers long-lasting durability while simplifying installation and disassembly. This system enhances energy efficiency and ensures safe use while maintaining the hygienic integrity of the cold storage room.

Cold Room Doors

Hinged doors

Hinged doors are filled with polyurethane injection foam with a density of 40 (±2) kg/m³ and are typically manufactured with a clear opening of 90x190 cm. They can be custom-made to specific dimensions, with or without a threshold, upon request. The doors feature aluminum frames, automatic locks, ergonomic design, an inward-opening mechanism, and soft door seals that ensure full contact with the surface. Freezer room doors are equipped with heating elements.

Monorail Sliding Doors

Monorail sliding doors are used in meat and meat product processing facilities. They allow meat products to be moved through cold room doors via a rail system. The doors are manufactured using polyurethane injection-molded foam with a density of 40 (±2) kg/m³ and hygienic composite materials. Depending on the application, either a heating element or a double seal is used.

Sliding Doors

Sliding cold room doors can be manufactured in any desired size. The aluminum track system and internal handle system offer significant advantages to the user. When the door is fully opened, the internal handle system ensures it closes flush with the door frame, minimizing the risk of forklift collisions. In freezer doors, a 24-volt heating wire prevents the door from freezing shut. Ergonomic door hardware ensures user comfort and ease of maintenance.

Single- and double-leaf service (bar) doors

Single- and double-leaf service doors; can be easily mounted on a panel or wall. Service doors are used for service and operational access points; they feature a polyurethane injection-molded core with a density of 40 (±2) kg/m³ and a 40mm door panel thickness, and are available in both windowed and windowless versions. Double-leaf bar doors can open 180 degrees in both directions and can remain fixed in the open position when necessary.
